Pode Morar is the application that eases the lives of Grupo Direcional's clients. Residents of Direcional and Riva developments find everything they need at their fingertips with this tool.

The application features an intuitive and modern interface with the functionality of an exclusive agenda, perfect for scheduling and organizing all your commitments. It offers more convenience for contacting Direcional and staying informed about your property.

What can you find here? On the main page, customers can access the following menus: My Profile, My Property, Requests, Financial, Help Me.

• Quick access to Statement, My Bills, Advance Installments, New Requests, and Documents.
• Customers can select their property, access photos and construction progress, view a calendar with their appointments. It also includes a refer-and-earn banner and financial notifications and requests related to their property.

In the My Profile section, by clicking on edit, customers can update their registration data, change their email, reset their password, and include a photo.

In the My Property menu, you can access documents, timelines, news, and videos related to your apartment.

In the Requests section, customers can open requests/appointments, cancelations, and track requests/appointments.

In the Financial menu, you can generate bills, statements, and income tax statements related to your property. You can also track paid installments and pending payments.

The Help Me section is dedicated to addressing all doubts and providing additional information to our customers.
